Alicia Melgoza Enterprises, LLC DBA Taking Healthy Back (“Company”) is committed to protecting your privacy online. On the Sites, we provide information about one-on-one and group coaching packages, consulting services, digital products, non-digital products, group programs, online courses, classes, workshops, webinars, subscriptions, free offerings, blog posts, and other website resources (the “Service”). Use of any of the Sites, including all materials presented herein and all online Services provided by Company, is subject to the following Privacy Policy.  This Privacy Policy applies to all site visitors, customers and all other users of the Sites.  By using the Sites or Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy, without modification, and acknowledge reading it.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT.
We collect your personal information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. If you register for a course, a membership site, a coaching package, or a free training series, for example, the information is used to enroll you in the program, to enroll you in our newsletters, to track your preferences, and to keep you informed about the product and related products. As a visitor to our Sites, you can engage in many activities without providing any personal information. If you opt in to receive any free training series, download a free product or resource, register for a webinar, course, class, seminar, or live event, or purchase any service or product sold by us or promoted by us, you will automatically be subscribed to our free newsletter. If you do not wish to receive this free newsletter, you may opt out at any time. We include an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every e-mail we send. If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity. Your payment information. We collect payment information for each order but we do not store payment information on our servers. Your payment information is securely communicated to and processed via our e-commerce software providers. All personal information collected for an order is used for the fulfillment of that order and to manage our customer relationship with you. In all cases, we will collect personal identification information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. We do share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website including any blog or newsletter, conducting our business and servicing clients and visitors. SOCIAL MEDIA WIDGETS.
Our Sites includes several social media features, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, Linked In, etc. buttons. These Features may collect your IP address, the pages you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. These features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Sites.
